A 3-day orientation classes were
conducted for the wardens of SSM’s hostels at the Jnana Prabhodhini Educational
Research and Training Centre, Harali Dist Osmanabd on 27,28 and 29 th of April.
During
the rigorous training session, the 22 participants were given a firsthand
experience on the administrative, social and hygienic maintenance of the
residential system. Effective managerial
skills were demonstrated through the power point presentation, demonstration
and other related activities.
It
was a different and an objective oriented training, proved to be highly
effective.
